The Role

Read this part first…

We're hiring the person who will make Hexis the brand fitness enthusiasts and athletes recommend to each other.

The product is trusted by UCI World Tour cycling teams, professional triathletes and UTMB winners, as well as a range of Premier League, international rugby and Olympic organisations. That credibility is earned. What it is not yet is loud enough in the places where cyclists, runners, triathletes and other athletes decide who to trust.

You will change that, through your relationships with creators, presence in communities, and partnerships with other brands and organisations.

If that makes you lean in, keep reading.

If it didn't, this probably isn't the role for you and there are no hard feelings.

What you'll own

Five of the “big rocks”:

  1. Creator recruitment: Own the process end to end, from partner discovery through to content publication. You find the right creators, not the biggest ones, and you get the work live.
  2. Partnership activation: Maximise the potential of our existing partnerships by making sure partners are giving us the exposure we have earned, across every channel available to them.
  3. Community: Build an interactive community on the platforms athletes already live in, Strava first among them. Presence is not the goal. Participation is.
  4. Reputation: Own the reputation management strategy and the processes behind it, sustaining high ratings across Trustpilot, TrainerRoad, Reddit and wherever the conversation moves next.
  5. Creative quality: Work with creative partners and agencies to produce content that surfaces what makes Hexis different, accurately, and in line with how the brand sees itself.

Alongside all of it, you keep creators and partners engaged and informed, so they always know what has shipped and why it matters to the athletes they speak to.

Who you are

You've done this before. Five or more years in brand, partnerships or creator marketing, with work you can point to and results you can explain. You have recruited creators, negotiated the terms, and shepherded content to publication rather than handing it off and hoping.

You are comfortable being the person in the Reddit thread and the person in the agency brief on the same day. You write well, you read a room well, and you can tell the difference between a partner who is performing for us and a partner who is performing.

You understand the sports we serve. Cycling, running and triathlon are our focus, and you know the creators, the races, the forums and the tone that works in each. You do not need to race. It helps if you would happily think about this over a long ride or run.

You are precise about claims. We sell nutrition built on peer-reviewed research to people who check. Copy that overreaches costs us more than copy that underwhelms.

The honest bit

This is a broad remit in a small team.

We can only build this with someone who wants it. If that's you, this is one of the most interesting partnerships opportunities in human performance and nutrition, a category athletes care deeply about and almost nobody has communicated well.

What we offer

    • €60,000 to €75,000, dependent on experience.
    • A multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, PhDs and performance scientists.
    • Direct, visible impact on the performance of world-class athletes.
    • Hybrid working, based in Dublin, with two days a week in the office.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note to simon@hexis.live. In the note, tell us:

  • A creator or partnership you brought from first contact to published work, and what you learned.
  • Why this: why Hexis, why now.

We read every one.

Hexis Health and Human Performance is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
