Meet Professor James Morton

Professor James Morton is a world-leading Performance Scientist with a wealth of expertise and experience. He has authored over 160 publications in the fields of exercise metabolism, exercise physiology, and sports nutrition. His insights are backed by years of research and hands-on experience with elite athletes.

A Track Record of Success

From 2010-2015, Professor Morton served as the performance nutritionist for Liverpool FC. He then took on the role of Head of Nutrition and Physical Performance Lead for Team Sky between 2015 and 2019. During this time, he led the nutrition strategy that powered Team Sky to four Tour de France victories in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
