Energy Availability - Energy Balance Method FREE Online Calculator

Our team at Hexis are passionate about accelerating the translation of knowledge to practice in the field of sports nutrition and empowering practitioners with the tools they need to enhance their performance, as well as elevate the service they provide to their athletes. That’s why, within only a few days of the latest research being published, we are bringing you this FREE online energy availability calculator!

The Energy Availability – Energy Balance method used in this calculator is an alternative method for assessing energy availability. This method, developed by Tarnowski and colleagues, provides an indication of energy availability status over longer periods of time and relies on more objective measures, such as body composition and energy expenditure, as inputs. Practitioners may wish to use this tool to help identify and detect low energy availability in athletes.

If you’d like to learn more about the practitioner tools Hexis is building and discover how we can help support you and your athletes please contact info@hexis.live.
