Whats is the refund policy?

After 7 days, no refunds will be given. You may cancel your account at any time and avoid incurring any future charges.

Should you request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will refund you 100% of your payment.

Please note that all refunds require that you submit a request to info@hexis.live. Where possible please provide details for your reason for cancelling.
