David isn't just our CEO and Performance Nutritionist; he's a relentless force in the world of elite sports, igniting passion and driving excellence across various domains. From fuelling legends like Rory McIlroy at the Ryder Cup to supporting renowned cyclists like Bradley Wiggins, David's impact is felt far and wide. His expertise extends to Harlequins Rugby, British Canoeing, and prominent athletes in the NBA, Premier League, Super League, World Tour Cycling, and Professional Boxing.

His Journey Doesn't Stop There

As an alumnus of the International Olympic Committee, David recently earned his PhD in Behaviour Change, Design Thinking, and Technology Innovation in Sports Nutrition from Liverpool John Moores University. His relentless passion drives him to translate evidence-based research into practical, scalable solutions, evident in his multiple peer-reviewed publications, including a groundbreaking 2022 study highlighting what athletes really want.

Driven by an unyielding desire to unlock athletes' potential, David co-founded Hexis in 2018. His unwavering vision and dedication have been the guiding force behind our mission to empower athletes and coaches with cutting-edge solutions.

Beyond his professional pursuits, David remains a true sports enthusiast, finding time for Gaelic Football whenever possible. Fun fact: his brother is a DP World Tour-winning golfer!
